Course: The Art of Self Healing

The suggested price of this course is £300. But in order to make it available to as many people as we can we are offering it on a registration plus donation basis.

The initial Registration Fee is £100 and you will be invited to make a donation at the end of the course.

It feels more appropriate to continue to offer this work in this way rather than charge a fixed fee for it, as it allows everyone to participate regardless of their means. So please feel free to give in accordance with that and whatever value you feel you have gained from the teachings.

An immersive journey into the subtle causes that often lay behind the disharmony in our physical and energetic systems, and a practical introduction into the ways in which healing meditation can support our journey back to a natural state of vitality, well-being and health.

The course will hosted in 3 parts –

28th/29th March 2026 – Initial Live Online Weekend Retreat

Throughout April and May will be a series of lessons guiding you through a healing journey of the body 

6th/7th June 2026 – Final Live Online Weekend Retreat

In this way, we begin our journey with an immersive experience of self-healing, followed by a series of individual lessons, and we will finish with an immersive self-healing experience weekend retreat.
