The following course has been designed to help support your meditation practice at home once you complete one of our Cowdray Workshops. It is specifically for those who attended the November 2016 retreat at Cowdray Hall.
The package contains the following:
- A few tips on setting up your home space to meditate.
- A couple of edited discourses from the workshop for you to listen to.
- A coupe of edited meditations from the workshop which can be downloaded for your use. .
- A short chi kung video going through the process of waking up the body.
