Self love for me Sara is letting go of the things that no longer serve me (recently had to clean up my diet so goodbye to alcohol, coffee and sugar which were being used in an unhealthy way), maintaining healthy habits without making them obsessions (daily meditation, yoga a few times a week), trying (ha!) to have better boundaries with people – trusting that the right people will stay in my life without me chasing and letting the other ones go and being comfortable with leaving space in my life to be alone. It has slowed everything right down and I don’t feel so hectic. I also let myself drop some ‘dreams’ recently about things I thought I wanted in life and now I can appreciate the life I have. I realised that life has a much better idea about what is right for me than my head 🙂 Sorry if I have hijacked a thread Burgs – feel free to delete!
