Thanks Eddie, for providing interesting figures on veganism – I didn’t give any as I didn’t want my post being too long and a part of me was hoping I wouldn’t be the only one mentioning it… I’ve been fully vegan for over a month now and enjoying it so much!
It can also go hand in hand with making your own ‘processed’ food from scratch and saving on packaging – just google vegan cheese or vegan yoghurt recipes and you shouldn’t be disappointed…
