My experience of connecting to oneness is standing outside looking up at the stars on a clear night and feeling my connection to the universe. Its also being in the woods amongst the trees and lying on the ground and feeling I almost merge with everything around me. A documentary film I recently watched expressed the connectivity to oneness very well… http://www.animateearth.com/. We only have to reach out in a small way to others to experience connection between each of us and everything around us, its just taking that first step with an open heart.
