I have got a bit hooked up on lesson 5 and I’m not sure if I’ve finished it or not, and whether I’m ready to move on. There are definitely things on my list that I find uplifting (e.g. simplifying life, buying local unpackaged food, producing less rubbish) and things that I feel negative about (e.g. making sacrifices on travel and transport, buying things I feel I need, using eco friendly washing cycles and products that don’t work that well). I know that if I restrict my life too much I become obsessive and depressed. It’s a balancing act I suppose but I don’t feel very clear about the way forward at the moment.
