Miranda. I know that your hips mean certain exercises are difficult. I do think you will get much benefit from Chi Kung. Try some of the standing poses, and the warm up routine I have taught you to keep your chi moving. The biggest enemy of low energy is stagnating chi due to lack of flow. We can get the chui flowing without having to to a lot of vigourous exercise. But do try to keep it moving. Also perhaps you could try some of my medicine. Email me if you wish. Also look at any sloth or torpour there may be around workingon your energy.
