Vipassana and the Path to Liberating Insight

Hello and welcome to the Vipassana online programme for our autumn 2026 programme.

The programme officially starts 12th September 2026

Built around our Foundations in Vipassana intensive weekend retreat which I taught a few years ago, it is designed to lay the groundwork for deeper penetration of the practice on Insight meditation, to help facilitate the dislodging and letting go of some of our more dogged and ingrained causes of our suffering.

We will explore through preliminary lessons, different aspects of Liberating Insight that help to shine a discerning spotlight on some of our blindspots that may in the past have meant that intellectually we have been able to understand the Dharma, but it didn’t yet perform the function of cutting off these habit patterns at the root.
